Mission 1o2 Media Release
By signing below, I grant Mission 1o2 an unrestricted, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use any photograph, video, audio recording, or other media captured of me by or on behalf of Mission 1o2 (the "Media"), in any current or future format or medium, for any purpose — including marketing, advertising, social media, and other commercial use — without further compensation, notice, or approval required.
Ownership & edits
I understand Mission 1o2 may edit, crop, caption, or otherwise modify the Media at its discretion, and is under no obligation to use it.
Release of claims
I release Mission 1o2, its employees, and affiliates from any claims arising from use of the Media, including claims related to privacy or likeness.
My confirmation
I confirm I am 18 years of age or older, or that a parent/legal guardian is completing and signing this form on my behalf.
Revoking permission
This release does not expire on its own. I may revoke it for future use at any time by emailing info@mission1o2.com; Media already published prior to that request may remain in circulation where removal isn't reasonably practical.
